Celine is our talented artist that creates beautiful jewelry with a really special approach. When I first saw her work, I knew straight away that she was the girl that I was after to make part of home in Ozzy Palms.

Our collection is inspired by the love for the beach. We love the beach, swimming in the ocean & chasing sunsets. Sunkissed Collection is a collaboration with Under the Sun, by Celine.
Our tons of pearls, blush and orange reminds us of the sun & tanned skins.

Meet The Artist:
Celine creates beautiful jewelry with pre-loved treasures.
It's all handpicked from pre-loved shops to avoid overproduction which makes them so unique.
How was Under the Sun born/when did it start?
Under the Sun came to life in March 2019. I came back from Australia with the desire to create something that would keep my heart close to the ocean. When living there, I'd always collect shells from the beach and the idea of making jewellery with them came up!
Honestly I started with very little because at first the pieces were only made for me and my friends. Then I saw an opportunity to share my passion with the world as I was loving more and more the process of creating, which encouraged me to post my work on Instagram.
Where do you live?
Born and raised in Switzerland, that's also where I currently live. I know it always surprises people haha because both my personal and my jewellery page look very sunny/beachy!
What about sustainability? How do you implement this into your brand?
Being aware that our precious planet is already suffering because of us, because of over-consumption and production, it was clear for me that if I wanted to start selling something, I had to do my best to avoid waste as much as possible! I think it is our responsibility as humans living on Earth, and even more as a business, to put sustainability at the centre of our concerns.
Therefore, at Under the Sun, all our pearls and beads come from second-hand/vintage necklaces, nothing new is used. And because giving back is important to us as well, we donate 1$ per order to One Tree Planted which contributes to reforestation, creating jobs and supporting local communities.
Any plans and hopes for 2022?
Oh first I'm very excited for the flea markets season to come back! I love finding new treasures to recreate or just some inspiration :)
I also got my work in a local shop for the first time last year and I'd love to create more pieces for other shops that share my values!!
I'm so proud of the community we are creating with this business and I can't wait to see it grow more, meet new like-minded people and share our love for the ocean all together!!!
